With over 25 years experience in the entertainment industry, Randle has enjoyed

developing his diverse list of talents. He started as a lighting technician for live theater

and then explored a variety of back stage roles ranging from set design to producer.

He then took a 15 yr position as the house technician for a 400 seat multi-purpose theater which naturally

developed into live sound. In addition he managed a busy pro-audio department and was the head

technician of a regional store in the interior of British Columbia for 12 yrs. He is experienced in all

aspects of live sound, which include front of house sound tech, Monitor tech, and lighting tech for a wide

range of indoor and outdoor events, concerts and music festivals. Randle also started and managed a

successful summer concert series for 8yrs in Williams Lake, BC, which attracted large crowds and

professional touring artists from all over the world, handling the artist bookings and was the audio/lighting

technician for each event. He also has extensive experience in sound & lighting design for commercial

applications and public venues, which also includes sales and installation in a wide variety of venues.

He currently owns Frost Creek Records and runs a fully equipped professional recording studio in the

interior of BC, Canada, and is the publisher of two widely distributed community magazines
